The festival takes place in a different European city every year and this time is coming back to Prague after 4 years. Desítky masopustních kostýmů a masek, nejrůznější taneční a hudební soubory, ale také kejklíři, blázni a čarodějnice, které se do Prahy sjeli z rozličných koutů Evropy. To vše pod hlavičkou akce s názvem Eurokarneval a XVII. festival Guggenmusik souborů, která se do hlavního města vrátila po úspěšných ročnících v letech 2001 a 2006.
